We process applications for the Resource Office of Social Ministries (ROSM) and food boxes from the Franklin County Emergency Food Pantry on Mondays and Fridays, from 10am - 2pm, by appointment only. Assistance with Rent and Utilities:

Please note that it takes 5-7 business days for a response from ROSM. Additional information may be requested from ROSM before your application can be processed.

If you have already applied for assistance through another church or agency, you MUST go through them until your application has been processed.

Requests for Food Boxes:

All Food Box requests must be in by 11am for the next day's receipt. Food boxes requested on Fridays will not be available until the following Monday.

Remember that the ROSM and Food Box Applications require the name, DOB, address, and SSN of anyone in the household, so have that information with you for your appointment.
